1. We accept custom orders, like OEM, ODM or others. Clients can customize cases and foams. To make perfect products for clients, we need clients send us your sample or draft or details of the requirements.
2. Our warranty is lifetime. We take the responsibility if the case was damaged before shipped, we will change cases for good ones.
3. We response to you asap, and make it sure to effect shippment as soon as we can.
4. We will check the goods' quality before shipment. If there were some unexpected problems happening, we will do our best to protect clients' benefits, and hope to solve the problem with the buyer through friendly discussions in the following ways:
(1). If it is quality problem, buyer can submit arguement within 15 days after receiving the goods, buyer should provide photos or a video or other evidence to seller for identify.
(2). If damages were caused by buyer's side, seller then takes no responsibility but shall help buyer reduce the loss.
(3). Product quality processing program:
The buyer shall return the goods to us and freight fee is for buyer's account; after we receive the goods ,we will send new products to buyer and pay for the re-send shipping cost.
If the goods (total price including shipping is less than 10USD) has quality problems, we will resend a new product along with the next order; if buyers don’t plan to make a new order in a near term, buyer can pay the resend shipping cost and ask for a new product.
